The Paris Review Interview: E.M. Forster

The Paris Review has been conducting interviews with writers since the 1950’s and now with editors, translators and playwrights. For your interest and enjoyment here is the interview with E.M. Forster, writer of A Room With a View, and A Passage to India; and who is the subject of Damon Galgut’s fictionalised account of Forster’s years culminating in the writing of a Passage to India; Galgut called it Arctic Summer, the title of an unfinished novel by Forster.
